The perfect summer cocktail! A refreshing blend of tequila, lime, and Cape Coastal Blue Gum Honey, with a spicy kick and sparkling fizz.
Ingredients:
- Lime wedges (for rubbing on the rim and garnish)
- Chilli and salt seasoning
- Ice cubes
- 2 shots of silver or Blanco tequila
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Cape Coastal Blue Gum Honey
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
Method:
1. In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, Cape Coastal Blue Gum Honey, and sparkling water. Stir well to mix.
2. Rim two glasses with a lime wedge, then dip the wet rims into chilli and salt seasoning for a flavourful kick.
3. Fill each glass with ice and pour the margarita mixture over.
4. Garnish with lime wheels and enjoy your perfectly balanced cocktail!
